We want you to be confident enrolling. This policy applies to online course plans bought on this website.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If the course isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of payment and you’ll receive a full refund, as long as you have:
- completed no more than 5 lessons, and
- not started a full practice test, and
- not received any tutor-marked feedback.
These limits protect our tutors’ time and the test material, which can’t be “returned” once used.
After 14 days, or after using the course
Payments are generally non-refundable after this point. If something serious prevents you from studying (for example a medical emergency), contact us: we may extend your access or offer a partial refund.
Renewals
Renewals and extensions follow the same 14-day rule, counted from the renewal payment, provided you haven’t used the extra time or tutor marking.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@nursetrackinc.com from the address you enrolled with, and tell us your name and plan. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Your course access ends when the refund is issued.
Enrolled under a written agreement?
Courses bought under a separate written enrolment agreement with NurseTrack Inc. follow the refund terms in that agreement.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under British Columbia or Canadian consumer protection law.
